R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. announces the opening of an office in Birmingham, Ala. The establishment of the office takes place in connection with the firm’s recent growth in staff and clients across the southern United States.
“Our firm has been in a growth mode for the last several years and we anticipate continued expansion across the nation,” President & CEO Ted Beltavski, PE said. “As we consider investments to better serve our clients and support our staff’s operations, we recognized that the cluster of employees and clients within a day’s drive of Birmingham made it an obvious location for a satellite office.”
The Birmingham office, located at 1500 1st Avenue N Innovation Depot #99, Birmingham, Ala., will serve as a hub for the firm’s operations across the south. Staff in the area include project managers and senior-level engineers with plans for expansion to include professionals in other disciplines who have extensive experience in projects involving both large-scale, complex buildings and infrastructure as well as routine maintenance and improvements.
The office will be led by R.E. Warner’s southern general manager William (Willie) Kesterson, PE who has over 20 years of experience leading engineering, maintenance, and construction teams. Kesterson is well respected for his ability to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, evaluate options, and execute plans.
R.E. Warner has experienced rapid growth over the last several years, tripling in size since 2020, due to an expanding client base. Headquartered in the Cleveland metropolitan area, the firm has a long history of serving clients across the country. The firm has capitalized on the recent advances in technology that facilitate remote work in order to build a strong network of talent throughout the nation. Although this is the first satellite location, it will not be the last.
Much of R.E. Warner’s work centers on buildings, infrastructure, and equipment renovations and improvements – projects that ensure day-to-day functioning of essential services and product manufacturing. The firm’s typical projects include a wide variety of both large and small building/facility renovations, expansions and improvements, new greenfield and brownfield buildings/facilities, and equipment and infrastructure replacements/upgrades, including projects seeking to incorporate sustainable design principles or LEED certification.
