R.E. Warner's involvement in the Lorain Black River Remediation and Restoration Program includes detailed engineering plans for engineering the new entrance to this City facility. This is in connection with relocating some large underground utilities to make room for two new electric substations at the site of U.S. Steel Corporation Tubular Products.
