CLEVELAND, OHIO – March 1, 2016 - R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc., a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Accurate Technologies, a surveying business with licensed specialists in industrial measurements and mapping, based in Canton, Ohio.
R.E. Warner and Accurate Technologies will combine their engineering and surveying companies to provide enhanced services to industries ranging from steel mills to municipalities.

R.E. Warner predicts this deal will increase its revenue stream by 20 percent and in the next four years an increase of 10-15 staff members. Accurate Technologies has 10 employees and R.E. Warner & Associates has 63 employees.

In addition to 3D laser scanning and laser tracking, other enhanced services will include 3D modeling, geographic information systems and mapping, UAV drone mapping and high-accuracy equipment alignment. Accurate Technologies’ licensed experts in industrial measurements and mapping use technologies not common to most surveyors and engineers. These high-tech services provide more data and better accuracy.
