th anniversary of service for our firm’s President and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ted Beltavski. Having launched his career with R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. in 2002, Ted has consistently delivered skillful, dedicated leadership-on behalf of the company as well as the professional success of our employees. He has served as Department Manager, Operations Director, Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors.
Since Ted was elected to lead the firm in 2012, he has successfully demonstrated a forward-thinking and growth-minded approach to business. For two terms, Ted has moved the company forward through the leadership of our people, developing a culture of physical and spiritual wellness, recruiting top talent, continuing our upward trajectory of increased revenues and profits, investing in cutting edge technology, and evolving ownership in our firm.
He holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University, is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia and has more than 34 years of management and engineering experience, primarily for heavy industrial and power generation and transmission facilities.
Ted is active in numerous professional and civic organizations. He is past president of the Cleveland Engineering Society, the Association of Bridge Construction and Design, and the Cleveland Chapter of Legatus, an organization of Catholic business executives. Ted is well respected by our clients and team at R.E. Warner for his leadership coaching techniques which inspire excellence at work and in life. In his free time, Ted serves as a Martial Arts and Self-Defense Instructor. His philosophy for training involves utilizing engineering mechanics combined with martial arts techniques and principles to obtain optimum results through explosive physical and mental power. He holds a Master Level 6
th degree black belt with 26 years of training in TKD and judo and is a certified USA weightlifting performance coach. He has served as volunteer self-defense instructor for the Cleveland Police Department. Ted has published a work entitled “Mystery to Mastery - The Martial Way of Leadership & Management.
