Project Overview
When Technology Recovery Group (TRG) was planning to move their current operations from Clemons Road to Viking Parkway in Westlake they selected R.E. Warner to prepare plans and specifications for interior renovations.
R.E. Warner provided programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration for interior renovation of a 42,700 SF warehouse, 10,000 SF office and 17,000 SF laboratory.
The new interior incorporated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and interior design services. This project consisted of new spaces for their growing staff and a mezzanine to incorporate future growth, which TRG anticipates to occupy in the next few years.
This project went through several rounds of design changes based on company expansion and needs. By incorporating value engineering techniques and applying different design solutions R.E. Warner was able to address these changes and still stay within their budget and within their schedule.
