We did it again! For the third consecutive year, R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. has been honored as one of Zweig Group’s “Best Firms to Work For” in the Multidiscipline Category, placing 48th and recognizing the company as one of the best engineering companies to work for across the U.S. and Canada.

The Best Firms to Work For award celebrates business success in the architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting industries. It evaluates firms based on a wide range of criteria including workplace practices, employee benefits, retention rates, professional development, and more. Most importantly, the award is largely based on employee surveys, making it a true reflection of how team members feel about their workplace.
A Comprehensive Evaluation Process
Firms that apply for this prestigious ranking undergo a thorough evaluation from both management and staff perspectives. The Zweig Group grades each firm using a combined score from employee surveys and corporate evaluations, then ranks them by category. Awards are given in multiple disciplines including architecture, civil engineering, environmental, multidiscipline, surveying, and structural engineering.
