R.E. Warner team is proud to report that for the fourth year in a row, our engineering consulting firm has been listed among Zweig Group’s Best Multi-Discipline Firms to Work For, a highly regarded honor in the AEC industry. The Best Firms to Work For award recognizes top architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, environmental, geotechnical engineering, landscape architecture/planning, and multi-discipline firms across the U.S. and Canada.
Determining Rankings
The Zweig Group graded each engineering consulting firm using a combined score from employee surveys and corporate evaluations. Next, they ranked each firm by category. The employee survey accounts for 40% of the score and reflects team members’ feedback and attitudes toward the company. The remaining 60% comes from a corporate survey that evaluates company performance, benefits, policies, practices, and more.
“We had some really great applicants this year. We were very impressed with the firms who made this list and saw an overall improvement in scores compared with last year,” said Christina Zweig, marketing director, Zweig Group.
