REW Wins 2025 Top Workplaces Compensation & Benefits Award

R.E. Warner received the national Spring 2025 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for Compensation & Benefits, recognizing companies with best work cultures.

R.E. Warner is proud to announce it has been honored with a 2025 Top Workplaces National Culture Excellence Award for Compensation & Benefits. This prestigious national recognition celebrates organizations that offer compensation packages employees believe are fair, competitive, and reflective of their contributions. See the list of winners here.

National Recognition Based on Employee Feedback

This award is especially meaningful because it is based solely on employee feedback.

“At R.E. Warner, we strive to create a premier workplace in order to attract top performers, which includes offering strong compensation and benefits packages,” said Ted Beltavski, PE, President & CEO. “To be recognized as one of the best organizations in the country regarding this attribute attests to these efforts and is simply a remarkable honor, especially because it is based directly on our team’s input.”

A Data-Driven Evaluation Process

Part of the broader Top Workplaces program, the Compensation & Benefits Award is one of several Culture Excellence Awards that recognize exceptional performance on specific metrics. Energage, LLC administered the research-backed survey and determined the winners solely through employee responses.

The award specifically evaluates whether employees believe their compensation and benefits are commensurate with their contributions, competitive within their field, and appreciated beyond material rewards.

The Top Workplaces program invited 40,000 organizations to participate but selected only 742 for the Compensation & Benefits honor.

A Culture That Values and Rewards Its People

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

R.E. Warner was also named among the Top Workplaces in Northeast Ohio in 2022, 2023, and 2024 as part of the regional Top Workplaces program. Energage will announce the winners of the 2025 Northeast Ohio Regional Top Workplaces Award in June.
