R.E. Warner & Associates Completes Acquisition of Accurate Technologies
CLEVELAND, OHIO – March 1, 2016 — R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc., a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, has completed the acquisition of Accurate Technologies, a Canton-based surveying firm for sale that specialized in industrial measurements and mapping.
Enhanced Capabilities Through Strategic Partnership
R.E. Warner and Accurate Technologies will merge their engineering and surveying services to offer expanded capabilities to industries such as steel mills, petroleum, utilities, and municipalities.

The acquisition is expected to boost R.E. Warner’s revenue by 20%. Over the next four years, the firm anticipates adding 10 to 15 new staff members. Accurate Technologies currently employs 10 people, while R.E. Warner has a team of 63.
