Mitch Reynolds, PE has been promoted to Mechanical Department Manager. Mitch came to R.E. Warner as a college co-op student in May 2008 and proved himself a great asset to the company from day one. Upon his graduation from Miami University (Ohio) in June 2009, Mitch was hired full time as a Mechanical Engineer. A leader from the start of his career, Mitch has grown into a technical resource for our clients and for his co-workers. Mitch began expanding his engineering skill set with a thirst for knowledge right from the start, learning under senior engineers and designers and self-teaching in various subjects to fill in the gaps. He has developed into a technical resource in HVAC and piping design, duct layout, SolidWorks and Finite Element Analysis, as well as being one of our firm’s leaders in the use of Revit and other newer technologies such as Blue Beam and BIM 360. Over the past year, Mitch has grown into the supervisory role as he has taken on administrative responsibilities. Mitch is always lively; his upbeat attitude is a welcome addition to our projects, teams, and the company as a whole.
