The shareholders of R.E. Warner & Associates are pleased to announce the election of
Frank H. Johnson, Jr., P.E. to serve a two-year term as a representative on the Board of Directors to oversee the activities of the corporation. He has been employed with R.E. Warner since 2010. Johnson is Director of Project Managers and holds a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio, and has more than 17 years experience in the study, design and project management of power systems for major utilities, large industrial complexes, and various commercial and institutional facilities. He has managed, designed and constructed utility transmission and distribution systems, utility and client owned substations, industrial electrical distribution systems implemented in both steel and petrochemical facilities, defined hazardous area locations and equipment evaluations, specialty grounding systems and communication systems. Johnson has supervised and performed load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, coordination studies, arc flash studies, economic evaluations and planning studies. In his role as Director of Project Management, Johnson develops, publishes, monitors, and updates project management policies and procedures; establishes and conducts corporate project management training; and provides leadership and guidance to project managers.
