Personal Data does not include any of the following: publicly available information; de-identified or aggregated consumer information; or information excluded from the scope of California privacy law, such as health or medical information covered by the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) or personal information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Data that has been sufficiently anonymized through aggregation is not personal information for purposes of this privacy policy.
